How can I check the status of my order?
You can view the order status of your order as soon as it has been paid. Once you have logged into your account under "Order status", you will automatically be redirected to your order status. Here you will also find an overview of all previous orders you placed with us.
Click on the concerning order number and you’ll see the order status, looking like this:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an auto-generated email confirmation from us. This also contains a track and trace-link to follow the delivery of your parcel.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
When the status is on ‘Sent’, you can also track the parcel by clicking on ‘Track this order’. This will direct you to the delivery service that we use to ship your order, PostNL. Then by clicking on “suivez votre colis network partner” will direct you towards the site of our partner of delivery; either Colis Privé or DPD. You can then reschedule a delivery on the site colisprive.fr or chronopost.fr (DPD). In case of absence, you will have three possibilities of redelivery: relay point, home or third person.

Although the delivery times are respected, we can not guarantee the exact date of delivery, as it depends on one of our logistical partners, either Colis Privé or DPD.
Note: You may not see options to agree on a new presentation date. In this case, please wait a day or two for the link to be updated.
