Choose the subject: "The quality of my delivered photo products" and fill in your details.
In the "Subject" section, indicate "damaged product".
To help us process your request faster, please mention the following:
- Order number (starting with SAL).
- Email address of your account.
- If you have ordered several products, please tell us which product is affected and the quantity if there are several by specifying the barcode numbers of these product (s).
- A brief description of the defect.
- Attach photos of the defect.
