If you opt for payment via bank transfer, it is important that you enter the correct reference number when making the transfer.
If this does not happen, our system cannot link the payment to the correct order and the amount will be refunded automatically.
To make the payment again, navigate to your shopping basket after you have logged in on our website. From there, you can complete the order again. After choosing bank transfer you will be redirected to the payment page where you can find the reference number. Of course, you can also choose a different payment method.
Please note: it may take several workdays before a bank transfer is received by us, which means it will take longer for your order to be taken into production. Payments via Ideal, credit card, Klarna or Paypal are processed immediately.
